About Us

'Archers of Raunds' is a small club shooting in Raunds, Northamptonshire, with members from the surrounding area - we hold a indoor Portsmouth competition in Janurary which is popular in the region and a ROSE status competition in August where people travel to use from all over the county and surrounding regions, to tackle national records and win award badges.
Club history
Like a lot of small clubs members come and go and current membership streaches back over 10 years although the club has records going back over 30 years.
 
The annual ROSE shoot reckcognised by GNAS and limited in numbers across the year by the govening body has been run by AOR over 28 times
 
We haven't always shot at the Manor School though
 
Over the years we have shot at
 
  • Pemberton Centre Rushden
  • Red Well Centre Wellingborough
  • Raunds Manor School (before it became the countries leading Sports college)
  • Soul Drop, Bedfordshire
  • The Point to Point Field Nr. Newtons Bromswold.
